In brush manufacturing, wire is used as one of the main materials. The use of wire makes it possible to produce brushes that are suitable for a wide range of applications.

Here are some examples of the use of wire in brush manufacturing:

• Brush rollers consist of a cylindrical core around which the wire is arranged in several rows. This type of brush is used in industrial applications, e.g. for cleaning conveyor belts or for surface preparation of materials.
• Fill brushes are used, for example, in household brushes and industrial brushes.
• Wire brushes are used in many applications for surface cleaning, rust removal, removal of paint or dirt.
• Cone brushes are made of wire attached to a conical core. They are well suited for cleaning hard-to-reach areas or for precision work.
• Circular brushes consist of a central wire core around which bristles are attached in a spiral or radial arrangement. This type of brush is often used in power tools such as drills or grinders and is used to deburr, clean or polish surfaces.
• Strip brushes consist of wire bristles set in metal channels. This type of brush is often used in sealing systems or as sealing brushes in doors or gates.
• Cup brushes have a flat, round body to which the wire is attached in a dense arrangement. This type of brush is often used in industrial cleaning machines.
• Braid brushes are made of several thin strands of wire twisted into a braid. This type of brush is often used for polishing surfaces or removing residues in fine grooves or crevices.
