Crimped wire

Brush wires as trim material with high flexibility. Gear crimped or pin crimped, single or double.

Advantages

Pin crimped, deep crimped or as punch crimped, narrow and flat or long and flat. Used for punching or mixing with other materials. Gear crimped, single or double.

Qualities

Depending on the design, the following qualities are available:

Cast steel wire, naturally hard
- Strength 1770/1960 to 2800/3000 N/sqmm
- Bright, galvanized or brass-plated version (as mono or cord wire)
Stainless steel wire, rustproof, in the (standard) materials:
- 1.4301, 1.4306, 1.4310, 1.4401, 1.4404, 1.4541, 1.4571, 1.4860
- and special materials
Copper wire
Brass wire Ms 63
Bronze wire Cu Sn 6

Delivery forms

Wire with counted ends in a continuous strand on cardboard spool
- approx. 25 to 50 kg
- Dimensions: 0.08 to 0.80 mm
Crimped wire, ring diameter 500, 600 or 800 mm
- Dimensions: 0.06 to 0.80 mm
Crimped wire, with counted ends as 8-meter strand
- Dimensions: 0.08 to 0.60 mm
Wire in cut Versions, cut lengths depending on the process:
